Who we are

Andrew joined Euro Corporation in 2008 working in the sales team and having held several roles across the business since. Andrew is focused on ensuring Summit Steel & Wire continues to be a trusted supply partner providing innovative and relevant product solutions to industry.

“I believe our people really make the difference. We work hard to ensure our customers consistently receive the best service we can provide by getting what they need, when they need it,” states Andrew.

Andrew is a fan of most sports, especially rugby and cricket. In summer you’ll most likely find him with his family hanging out at the beach.

Steve brings over 25 years of experience in the global fencing market, with a proven track record of delivering value to customers and driving growth through high-performing teams. His career includes leadership roles with one of New Zealand’s largest electric fencing brands, a key part in the original Euro Corporation team, and time with a national rural supplies company,each chapter deepening his knowledge of the industry and sharpening his focus on exceptional customer outcomes.

Now back with the Summit Steel family, Steve leads our customer-facing team both in New Zealand and across the international markets we serve. Passionate about the fencing industry and its future, Steve is driven to ensure that Summit Steel & Wire continues to set the standard in quality, service, and innovation.

Known for his energy and team-first mindset, Steve is a natural coach who thrives on helping people grow and succeed. He believes that strong relationships and a deep understanding of customers are the keys to long-term success.

Outside of work, Steve is married to Phoebe and is a proud dad. His daughter is a talented musical theatre performer, and his son is training to become a future educator. A self-professed adrenaline junkie, you will often find him chasing thrills on the mountain bike trails or snowboarding slopes when he is not at work.

Pam joined the team in 2004 in a customer services role working alongside the business founders. Today Pam manages the customer service team to ensure we are communicating, keeping everyone informed, and providing accurate information.

Pam enjoys getting out in her garden and is passionate about health & fitness. Pam ensures she gets out for a walk everyday finding it a great way to unwind and maintain clear thinking.

Chris joined the Summit team in September 2024 as Export Territory Manager and is based in the Christchurch office. With 20 years of experience in shipping & logistics in NZ and AU, Chris is well-equipped to look after our export customers. His strong customer service focus contributes to Summit's growth and continued success in overseas markets, primarily the EU and Asia.

Aaron joined the Summit team in 2023 and is based at our Christchurch office. Aaron is responsible for our sales of wire fencing products into the NZ markets. This includes overseeing our key account relationships with our rural merchant partners. With a decade of sales management / account management experience under his belt, he has always been committed to helping customers achieve optimum results through high service levels.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending as much time with his young family as possible. A sports fan by nature he takes every opportunity to get out on the golf course, up the mountain snowboarding, or partake in anything sports or outdoors related.

Jessica joined Summit Steel & Wire in 2015, starting in administration before discovering her passion for operations and team management. Over the years, she has taken on various roles within the company, gaining extensive hands-on experience. Now, as Auckland Operations Manager, she is excited to lead the team and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends. She’s always eager to try new activities and make the most of her free time.
